Denilson Igwe, a well-known Nigerian skit maker, has disclosed a troubling incident following his departure from Mark Angel Comedy in 2019. In a recent interview on The Honest Bunch Podcast, Igwe revealed that his social media accounts were hacked in the same week he left the comedy group.
Mark Angel Comedy, founded by Mark Angel and featuring comedians like Emmanuella and Igwe, gained significant popularity since its inception in 2013, amassing over a billion views and nine million YouTube followers.
Igwe stated, “They hacked my YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram pages the week I left Mark Angel Comedy. Since then, I was advised to take actions I didn’t understand, but the pages have remained stagnant, with no increase in followers since 2019.”
Previously, Igwe had claimed ownership of the comedy channel and accused Mark Angel of monetizing it without his consent.
In a separate development, Chinenyenwa Desire Okoebor, popularly known as Chichi from Big Brother Naija 2022, celebrated her two-year anniversary on social media, reflecting on her journey and achievements in the strip dancing industry. In her post, Chichi, 22, praised herself for setting a path for others and expressed deep gratitude to her supporters.
Chichi’s message read, “I walked so that other strippers can fly. Inspiring every girl from a difficult past to see a future full of promise. To my incredible Champs, today marks a special milestone – two years of unwavering support, love, and loyalty. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude as I reflect on our journey together.”
She thanked her followers for their continuous encouragement, stating that their support has been a significant motivation in her career.
