President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday departed Abuja to begin a 10-day vacation as part of his 2025 annual leave, the Presidency has announced.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President is expected to spend the working vacation in France and the United Kingdom, after which he will return to Nigeria.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today, September 4, to commence a working vacation in Europe, as part of his 2025 annual leave. The vacation will last 10 working days,” Onanuga said.
The Presidency added that the trip will be strictly for rest and consultations before the President resumes official duties later in September.
Details of his itinerary are yet to be made public.
